Working as a key part of our Project Procurement Team you will be responsible for Expediting a wide scope of both Project and Engineered deliverables to support successful project execution, in this role you will be responsible for:- Expediting critical purchase orders to meet project deliverables.
- Efficiently support project delivery by preparing reports detailing production and documentation status.
- Proactively progressing outstanding document approvals both Internally and with Suppliers.
- Identify and manage risks and bottlenecks related to expediting process, escalating for where appropriate
- Liaise and interface with all stakeholders across Engineering, Site, Project, Quality, Materials Management, and the Supply Chain to ensure smooth and timely delivery of Goods, Materials and Services.
- Contribute to the development of the supply chain by monitoring Supplier performance.
- Work closely with all stakeholders across the group to promote effective cooperation across all functions.
Experience of systems such as ERP (Oracle or MS Nav) and eProcurement tools along with MCIPS or similar would be beneficial though training and development leading to MCIPS will be fully supported.
