Working as a critical part of the Centralised Proposals team, you will support proposals across all of our Sectors, you will lead Expressions of Interest and Prequalification Questionnaires, as well working closely with Proposal Management to co-ordinate large complex proposals.

Reporting to and working closely with Director level stakeholders and Senior Management your remit will include;

Develop and prepare customer Expressions of Interest and Prequalification Questionnaires, from receipt through to submission
Support Screening activities and Governance requirements
Provide senior bid coordination for complex proposals, engaging the bid team, partners and supply chain with answer planning, monitoring and formatting responses, submitting the full proposal.
Develop and maintain proposal tools, systems including knowledge libraries
Develop internal and external presentation material, including graphics.
Support the Client Service team with customer, market and competitor assessment in support of project capture planning
