Please note:
this is a full time role, working Monday - Friday. The working hours are either 7.30am - 4.30pm or 8am - 5.30pm. It is an onsite role, based in Warwick.


Main Responsibilities

  • Providing customers with accurate information on the company's product and services.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Collect feedback from customers and share details to the relevant colleagues to help make focused improvements.
  • Respond in a timely basis to customer requests, displaying a sense of enthusiasm and urgency appropriate to customer expectations.
  • Support the Customer by working with supplier to resolve all delivery issues.
  • Be a team player
  • Process customer orders/changes/returns according to the correct policies and procedures.
  • Promptly reply to any quotation requests from customers and/or outside sales representatives.
  • Resolve customer issues to maintain the most customer satisfaction possible.
  • Make outbound phone calls to customers where needed for customer support and / or data checking.
  • Partner with other teams to meet and exceed customer's service expectations.
  • Accurately interpret company policies and procedures to provide innovative solutions to resolve customer enquiries.

Key Skills

  • Previous experience in customer service is essential.
  • Ability to work well both independently and within a team.
  • Enthusiasm to deliver excellent service and go above and beyond.
  • Excellent attention to detail with effective problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
