Trainee Accounts Assistant

Salary Band > £19-21k dependent on experience


PQS Survey Ltd is a construction equipment supplier that specialises in the provision of survey and safety equipment nationally from 6 depots; Leeds, Derby, Hull, Milton Keynes, Norfolk and Sunderland.

Based at our Headquarters in Leeds, the Accounts Division is responsible for all finance and accounts of the business nationally.

The team is now looking for a
Trainee Accounts Assistant to join this team, where full on the job training will be provided.


A typical day will include:


General Office duties:


  • Filing
  • Photocopying
  • Typing letters
  • Supporting your colleagues

Account Duties (supporting the purchase ledger team):

  • Inputting data onto the CRM system
  • Learning SAGE and inputting invoices
  • Chasing invoices from clients
  • Be interested to work in an office environment
  • Have a GCSE in Maths and English preferable or good understanding of maths and desire to work in this area.
  • Be willing to get stuck in and help where required.
Hours are 9-4.30pm, Monday

  • Friday
21 days holiday


Job Types:

Salary:
£19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
