Salary:
Scale 5: SCP12-17, £24,496 - £26,844

Full time, 37 hours per week worked with flexibility over 7 days, including overnight, evening and weekend working.

We are seeking an Events and Engagement Officer for recruitment to an exciting and unique role to increase engagement with NCW, a college for young people who are blind or vision impaired.

The focus of responsibility is to communicate our offer by building relationships with families, sight loss organisations and charities via attendance at events, exhibitions and through a school's engagement programme.

It is a fun, diverse and hands-on role for a motivated self-starter, which requires a 'can-do' attitude and offers a great opportunity to make an impact.

The role reports directly into the Head of Marketing and is part of a small, busy marketing team.

NCW is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.

This regulated post is conditional on two verified references, an enhanced DBS Clearance and Registration, medical clearance and a six-month probationary period.
