We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Lead of Global Moving Services to join our client.

This position can be based in Europe and will service as the business operations lead for international moving solutions.

This role requires a wealth of knowledge and experience in the relocation services sector.


The Senior Operations Lead, Global Moving Services will be accountable for:

  • Leading global project relating to moving and relocation, to ensure services are developed and meet global business standards.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction, profitability and quality service delivery.
  • Designing systems, procedure, and governance to guarantee excellent service delivery of international moves.
  • Leading business activities to develop pricing.
  • Ensuring business international moving operations and profitable and are adhering to FIDI, ISO, and GDPR regulations.
  • Ensuring reporting on customer experience meets business requirements.
  • Training, developing and motivating international moving team members.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and ensuring business systems are being correctly used and developed.
  • Provide operational insight through data generation, analysis, KPI formulation, and reporting.
  • Helping to plan, develop, manage and contributing to global business meetings relating to moving services.
  • Managing key stakeholders in the global business network

Skills and experience:


  • Extensive moving sector experience
  • Proven staff management
  • Ability to train, coach and mentor
  • Strong knowledge of moving and business regulations (FIDI, ISO, and GDPR)
  • Extensive operational experience
  • Great project management skills
  • Excellent numerical and IT skills
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Ability to lead change management
