Business Analyst - Higher Education

We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join one of our Higher Education Clients on a 6 month contract.

Please note this role is Inside IR35, Hybrid working, 2 / 3 days in London
You will support two change portfolios on a 50/50 basis. You will need strong stakeholder management skills and technical acumen with experience working in higher education or facilities management.

Responsibilities:
Identify stakeholders and establish working groups
Design and run workshops with multiple estate teams to understand current processes and requirements
Document findings and requirements
Assess the feasibility of implementing the processes in a new platform
Process modelling of the current and future states
Support testing of the updated processes in the new platform
Design an appropriate support model for the new processes
Requirements gathering
Data mapping/analysis
Working with Solutions Architect to develop High Level Designs

Experience required:
Being able to explain process diagrams and process maps in a user-friendly way
Systems Implementation / Digital experience
Good understanding of data and digital
Having experience of using tools such as - Visio, Miro and Jira.
