Description
About the job ?As a Gateline Assistant, you will assist in the operation of the ticket barriers at the station and provide information and assistance to customers.

About the location?
The role is based in Newbury but you would be required to visit other Stations around the Kennet and Thames Valley.
Working pattern?
The role requires shift working including weekend and bank holidays, shift times are between 06:00 – 21:30, 7 days a week on a rolling roster pattern.
Additional information?
This is a temporary vacancy for 12 months. Applicants are required to complete an online situational judgement test, and those applicants successfully short listed will be invited to a competency based interview which will be either face to face or online.
The successful applicant is required to meet the medical standards for this role including drugs and alcohol screen. A Basic DBS Certificate is also required.
