- Managing team
- Ensuring orders are made to high quality standard
- Creating and updating SOP
- Writing up production plan
- Daily planning and stock
- Planning materials from head office to us
- Working closely with IT to ensure systems are all functioning
- Packing and processing orders
- Responsible for health and safety of yourself and the team
- Managing stock rotation
- Quality documents will need to be completed and uploaded.
- Printing all the relevant documents and barcodes, as assigned by IT
- Inventory management
- Managing quality documentations
- Managing day to day jobs
- Must be computer literate, must have experience of working fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi desk and cross functional tasks
- Confident to hold teams meeting with different level state holders
- Daily cleaning as required
- Opening and closing site responsibilities.
- Must be willing to do any tasks to ensure orders are going out.
- Experience in warehouse/production
- Experience in stock movement
- Ideally worked in packing companies
- Must have outstanding communication skills and be computer literate.
- Must be flexible, to work around orders.
- A can do attitude
- A positive mindset and wants to make positive change
- Responsibility to open and close
