Our public sector client has made significant strides aligning its digital capabilities with a common technical strategy in pursuit of their corporate objectives and are now seeking an Agile Delivery Manager.


Our clients employees are the heartbeat of the organisation's ability to deliver great services to our customers the ability to sustain and improve hybrid working productivity is a strategic imperative for the organisation.

By providing employees with the tools and resources they need to work effectively in a hybrid environment, IT Enablement will
increase productivity, enhance employee satisfaction, and attract and retain top talent.

IT Enablement exist to offer two fundamental services to the organisation. One of which is our Digital Workplace services.

"We will deliver a digital working environment which
securely enables, empowers, and supports colleague productivity needs and promotes a positive hybrid working experience."

I am now seeking an Agile Delivery Manager with the following experience:

  • Adopting a data driven approach to front of house services, measuring colleague productivity loss and customer satisfaction, targeting focused interventions.
  • Continuing to expand the suite of corporate services offerings available on our internal system, providing colleagues with consistent and intuitive access to support functions. Focus on shift left and full automation fulfilment will remain core principles.
  • Working with HR colleagues as an intelligent client and technology enabler in delivering HR case management services, empowering HR business leads with data driven insight into colleagues needs, and enabling data driven decisions, informing case routing, capacity management, and targeted operational improvements.
  • Fully delivering Intelligent Information Management (IIM)
  • Share Point project, effective management of corporate records, deriving maximum value from our M365 investment.


This is an exciting 6 month remote opportunity with possible extension that would suit an experienced public sector delivery manager, if you would like to know more please reach out.
