Role:
HR Administrator
Initial temp contract:
approx 4 weeks (but could lead to perm)
Location:
TVTE (Gateshead) Office based
**Hours: Mon
- Thurs (8am5pm) Fri (8am12.30pm)**
Key responsibilities include: - Supporting the HR Advisor & Team with day to day administration tasks
- Upload/ updating HR documentation onto new system accurately
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Supporting with recruitment activity & onboarding checks as required
Key skills & experience required:
- Previous administration experience essential
- Confident IT skills both written and verbal
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to plan & organise workload to meet deadlines
- Enjoy working as part of a fast paced Team
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Ability to input high volumes data to deadlines
- Flexible & adaptable approach
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 weeks
Salary:
£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
