Role:
HR Administrator


Initial temp contract:
approx 4 weeks (but could lead to perm)


Location:
TVTE (Gateshead) Office based

**Hours: Mon

  • Thurs (8am5pm) Fri (8am12.30pm)**
    Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the HR Advisor & Team with day to day administration tasks
  • Upload/ updating HR documentation onto new system accurately
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
  • Supporting with recruitment activity & onboarding checks as required

Key skills & experience required:


  • Previous administration experience essential
  • Confident IT skills both written and verbal
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to plan & organise workload to meet deadlines
  • Enjoy working as part of a fast paced Team
  • High level of accuracy & attention to detail
  • Ability to input high volumes data to deadlines
  • Flexible & adaptable approach

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 4 weeks


Salary:
£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
