An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join my growing client.

This role would suit an experienced property professional who can deliver excellent customer service, presentable and a great communicator who can build relationships and identify opportunities.

*Experience in valuations would be highly advantageous but not essential

Duties will include, but will not be limited:

Personally drive the sales process, seeing sales through from winning the pitch to completion
Always providing best advice to clients in a professional and enthusiastic manner including valuing the property where appropriate and negotiating best possible price for the client
Carry out viewings with prospective buyers
To assist in the development of an efficient & highly successful sales team with strong core values
Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market
Handle daily applicant enquiries and manage all systems efficiently
Have a thorough understanding of the offer process and experience in sales progression
Seek to build the sales business by using and developing contacts and creating new opportunities

To be considered for the role you must have the following attributes:

Experience of circa 2 years with proven residential sales track record
Target and goal driven individual
Confident, proactive and enthusiastic approach to dealing with clients and purchasers
Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
Experience of booking, accompanying and following up viewings
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to quickly build rapport and longstanding relationships
