Planning Administrator


Location:
Fully remote (UK based)


Salary:
Up to £25,000 dependent upon experience

Role overview:


Key responsibilities will include:


  • General administration as required to support wider business.

Key qualities & experience required include:

  • Confident IT skills and competent level of Microsoft packages, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Planning portals will vary but core functions will be similar
  • Experience of providing administration support within a serviceled environment
  • Demonstrate a high level of diligence.
  • Effective communications skills across all mediums
  • Solutions focused
- ability to identify potential risks/barriers or issues and highlight solutions for consideration

  • Work at a high pace level managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience of working in a structured process driven environment
  • Maintain a professional manner and approach at all times.
  • Ability to plan & manage time effectively to achieve deadlines.
Training will be induction based and on the job. Laptop and support to ensure home office set up appropriately to be provided.
