This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team, based in the Small Animal Teaching Hospital at Leahurst on the Wirral Peninsula, and the University Veterinary Practice (Small Animal), Liverpool.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Veterinary Surgeon (MRCVS or eligible) for this post, which involves clinical, research and teaching responsibilities.

You will provide and develop clinical skills teaching in all small animal services and maintain and develop excellence in student experience in the Small Animal Teaching Hospital and University Veterinary Practice.

You will bring experience from first opinion practice, the awareness of the large range of clinical skills essential for new veterinary graduates and an appreciation of the RCVS day 1 competencies, along with a willingness to develop and adapt teaching in a range of different contexts, in first opinion practice, referral hospital and clinical skills laboratories.
