    Description

    Hampton's are working in partnership with our client, who provide care for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs - we are supporting them in recruiting a Registered Manager for one of their services in North Wales region.

    The appointed Manager will be appointed to take responsibility for a residential service for adults with Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviours, Mental Health and Complex Needs.

    Salary:
    Circa £39,500 + Company BenefitsnHours: 39hrs per weeknLocation: Rhyl, North Wales


    The successful candidate will preferably display:nA level 5 Diploma in Health & Social care or equivalent.nExperience of managing a Residential, Learning Disability service.nExperience of caring for individuals with similar needs including Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviour.nExperience of CIW regulations and standards (desirable).nGreat leadership and motivational skills.nExperience of managing budgets.nExceptional organisational skills.
