- Experience of managing a Residential, Learning Disability service.
- Experience of caring for individuals with similar needs including Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviour.
- Experience of CIW regulations and standards (desirable).
- Great leadership and motivational skills.
- Experience of managing budgets.
- Exceptional organisational skills.

The appointed Manager will be appointed to take responsibility for a residential service for adults with Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviours, Mental Health and Complex Needs.
