We are looking for talented planners to join our Belfast based planning team who are working on a wide range of exciting and prestigious projects across Northern Ireland and beyond.

We are looking for planning professionals for a range of roles from Planner to Director, to assist with and lead high profile planning, regeneration, master planning projects and local development plan promotions across various sectors, including residential, logistics/ industrial, commercial/mixed use, infrastructure, and renewable energy.

To be successful in our friendly and ambitious team, you will be highly motivated and dedicated, you will bring energy, ideas and positivity.

You will have worked in the public sector and/or private sector in planning and development, as well as having experience in engaging with clients, consultants and other stakeholders.

Ideally, you will be a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or the Irish Planning Institute (IPI).


At Planner/Senior Planner level, you will have a good working knowledge of the planning system in Northern Ireland, experience in leading on a range of planning projects and proactively contributing to delivery of more major projects.


Joining us as an Associate Director or Director, you will have an established track record of securing, leading and delivering major and complex projects for clients, you will have a profile in the Northern Ireland market and a desire to developing others.
