We are looking for a caring and committed Phlebotomist to join our friendly practice nursing team for 10 hours per week Monday to Friday Experience is essential.


Our vision is to provide high quality care to all our patients, and we continually strive to improve the services we provide to our local community.

Through your CV and at interview you must be able to demonstrate you have the skills to deliver patient-centred care in this fast-paced environment.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a forward thinking and supportive training practice.


Responsibility include:

  • Collection of sample(s) of blood in accordance with training and procedures.
  • Ensuring samples are stored in appropriate containers.
  • Accurate, legible labelling of all samples to confirm patient identity.
  • Recording collection of blood sample in patient record in accordance with practice procedure
  • Ensuring that samples are dispatched to the appropriate laboratories in a timely fashion.

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
