The Role
The company is looking for an individual with administrative background to work in our Helpdesk Department.

The role will include;

  • Positively supporting and communicating with internal and external customers, ensuring that adequate support and accurate, knowledgeable information is provided
  • Taking phone calls from customers
  • Providing office administrative support as part of the wider team
  • Processing and creating high volume of work orders accurately in line with Purchase Orders received within the selected CRM system
  • Providing administrative support to the Sales Team when necessary
  • Contributing to innovative working methods and actively participating in continuous improvement and development
  • Providing adhoc support to the Head of Sales
  • Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team's objectives.


We are looking for confident people who are willing to get involved in the day to day workings of the business, with potential for further development within our exciting company.
