    The S&C team is helping health clients to:

    We are looking for a Principal who will primarily focus on leading our strategy work in the health sector.

    This is a rapidly expanding area for us and we need a senior leader who can bring their skills, commercial strength and credibility to NHS clients at Trust, Group, System and National Level.

    Potential is what excites us so we are keen to hear from people who want to harness their experience within an organisation that will invest in their professional development from day one years relevant strategy and operating model consulting experience, ideally extensively within the health sector, whether this is from a big consulting firm, boutique consultancy or experience in industry
    ~ A toolkit and set of approaches that support you in your work, developed through your years of experience working in the field
    ~ with a strong track record of navigating this within the NHS and wider health sector
    ~ The ability to think innovatively about the design and delivery of new approaches, functions and services that clients may need and a digital by default approach
    ~ A passion for building and nurturing strong relationships, both with clients and colleagues
    ~ Experience of effectively managing and collaborating with senior client stakeholders
    ~ Whilst this is a capability, rather than 'black book' hire, you'll have a demonstrable client network within the health sector
    ~ A commercial mindset, with the ability to lead and shape proposals as well as demonstrated capability to pitch and close work
    ~ A keen interest in playing a senior role within the Strategy & Customer Service Line team, supporting the development of our propositions and close integration with our health Sector team.

    A total cash package of £133,500 comprising of a base salary of £105,000 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months
    ~25 days annual leave increasing by one day for every full year of service to a maximum of 30 days with the option to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave per year
