    Job Title: Multi Trade Operative at Peabody

    What we're looking for:

    Here at Peabody, we offer an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative specializing in public open spaces. Managing over 850 hectares of green areas and water bodies, we are shaping living environments for the next 30 years.

    We have already achieved significant milestones.

    A bit about the role:

    As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be part of the dedicated green spaces team responsible for maintaining various aspects of hard landscapes, from play areas to fences and street furniture, ensuring each day presents new challenges.

    Key responsibilities for the role include:

    • Delivering high-quality general repairs and maintenance services for all Peabody properties in public and communal areas in a cost-effective manner.
    • Planning and executing repair services reactively and proactively.
    • Conducting repairs such as painting, carpentry, metalwork, bollard maintenance, bin replacements, playground repairs, and general fixes to achieve a superior and cost-efficient outcome.
    • Maintaining all tools and equipment necessary for service provision, including a provided van.
    • Participating in quality checks with Peabody Group personnel and tenant inspectors.
    • Compiling accident report data.

    It is essential to hold a UK driver's license and undergo a basic DBS check for this role.
