The Role:

As a Print Studio Assistant, your key duties and responsibilities will include:

Process filed for printing, including trimming, mounting and finishing where required
Perform quality control checks on each job produced
Operate and maintain large format color digital devices to generate oversized prints.
Gather, organize, and wrap completed work for delivery to customer or next department
Setup, maintain and efficiently operate equipment to its optimum output
Arranging of weekly courier and managing stock levels
Operation and light maintenance of wide format printers and rip software
Determine proper materials and processes for various projects

The person:

Experience in a printing studio or related field such as vehicle wrapping would be beneficial
Working knowledge of Large Small format mounting laminating would be beneficial although full training will be given
Knowledge of the printing industry specifically color and large format.
Ability to manage your own workload and prioritize based on deadlines
Strong time management skills
Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately
