About the Role:


  • Accelerate the progress of our growing team by tracking key performance indicators.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Work with the systems and strategy areas of the business to identify, monitor and improve the key performance indicators.
  • An expert planner & able to drive the team to ensure on time task completion.
  • Facilitating and organising the meeting cadence.
  • Close working with Senior & Director Management functions.

Safety & Environmental

  • Ensures Environmental Health & Safety policy is always adhered to.
  • Promotes Environmental Health & Safety awareness.
  • Responsible for adhering to EHS procedures & policies to ensure compliance.

Required Education & Experience:


  • Required:
  • An excellent communicator, able to work with multiple personalities, in individual & group situations. Delivering the critical message with verbal and written methods
  • Ability to assess & summarise issues to help develop next actions for yourself and others.
  • Desired:

System or Knowledge

  • Familiarity or awareness of engineering or product lifecycle is desirable

  • Selfmotivated, creative, selfstarting attitude.
  • Willingness to take on roles, responsibilities and challenges required to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Technically curious approach with excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise project workloads, schedules, and tasks.

Other Features of the role

  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • This role is based at our Head Office at Birmingham Business Park, 0900 to 1700, including 30minute paid break 5 days a week.
  • Travel occasionally
