Description

As the ICB control projects associate you be part of the ICB Control Projects team that covers key multiple controls projects for the ICB business.

You will be interacting with a range of stakeholders, including business control manager, artificial intelligence/machine learning teams and the business, amongst others.

You will play a critical part in helping deliver client news to the business and looking at ways how this can be enhanced, as well as supporting control processes for client collaboration platforms.

You will be part of a dynamic and inquisitive team where challenging the status quo and looking for improvements is a key part of the team.


Responsibilities:


  • Partner closely with Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) teams to provide the ICB business with client news
  • Collaborate with the business to understand what improvements and enhancements they would like to see in the client news process
  • Identifying opportunities for refining and enhancing the process where possible to create positive change in partnership with the AI/ML team
  • Identification, ownership and project management of control and process improvements
  • Coordination of project management scorecard updates and chairing of project working groups where required
  • Drive change and improvements in the client news monitoring recording tool
  • Provide support to the team on client collaboration platform controls

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Effective communication, both verbal and written
  • Create succinct and informative presentation materials
  • Productive partnership & collaboration building
  • Effective listener able to gauge true stakeholder feedback
  • Build and maintain productive working relationships with colleagues at all levels
  • Strong analytical & data management skills
  • Knowledge and interest in AI/ML tools would be beneficial

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Previous experience in Controls and/or ICB would be beneficial
  • Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Confident communicating with and influencing stakeholders where appropriate
