    Trainee Recruitment Consultant Opportunity at a Well-Established Company in the IT Sales & IT Technical Teams Sector

    This is a fantastic chance to be part of a new team within a renowned company known for its collaboration with top software vendors globally.

    They aspire to become the leading recruiter for IT Sales & IT Technical teams in fast-growing Software & Technology companies.

    Operating in a highly profitable market with average fees ranging from £21K to £25K, the company currently has a team of 50 skilled recruiters spread across 3 offices. With ambitious expansion plans, they are seeking high performers to join their new team.

    The Role:

    • Responsibilities include sourcing and matching candidates to suitable job opportunities as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
    • Initially a 180 role, there is potential to advance into account management after gaining a solid understanding of the market.
    • Establish a strong network of candidates and clients.
