Financial Planning Administrator - London, United Kingdom - Charles Stanley
Description
Key Areas of Responsibility include:
- Processing new business and servicing existing business
- Liaising with Financial Planners to facilitate review meetings, new client meetings and pipeline business
- Liaising with clients, internal departments & providers where necessary
- Creating electronic files for new clients on Intelligent Office and updating existing client records
- Producing valuations on both JHC Order Routing, Intelligent Office and provider websites
- Deal with daily post
- Preparation of handouts/reports for presentations and/or internal meetings
- Assist with manning the phones and general administration duties
Money Laundering Reporting Responsibilities:
To promote awareness of Anti-Money Laundering Rules and to ensure compliance within the Department
Qualifications:
- A Level Standard of Education
- Experience of Intelligent Office desirable but not essential
Experience:
- Experience of customer service and general office duties
- At least 3 years FP admin experience
- Customer Service skills
- Good communication skills written and oral
- Good attention to detail
- Well planned and organised
