We are looking to hire an Administrator to join Financial Planning team based in Birmingham.Job Purpose:
To support and assist the Financial Planners
Key Areas of Responsibility include:
- Processing new business and servicing existing business.
- Liaising with Financial Planners to facilitate review meetings, new client meetings and pipeline business.
- Liaising with clients, internal departments & providers where necessary.
- Creating electronic files for new clients on Intelligent Office and updating existing client records.
- Producing valuations on both JHC Order Routing, Intelligent Office, and provider websites.
- Deal with daily post.
- Preparation of handouts/reports for presentations and/or internal meetings.
- Assist with manning the phones and general administration duties.
- To promote awareness of Anti-Money Laundering Rules and to ensure compliance within the Department.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Educated to A Level (or equivalent).
- CII Financial Planning Administrators Certificates CF1, FA1 & FA2 preferred.
- Experience of intelliflo office software preferred.
- Experience of customer service and general office duties.
- At least two years' experience of financial planning administration.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Highly organised, with good planning skills and highlevel attention to detail.
