At a time of considerable transformational change for the organisation we are looking to recruit a Lettings Advisor to join the Lettings Team.


In housing you can make a real difference, the role of Lettings Advisor will involve:

  • Being responsible for marketing properties to attract new customer in accordance with the lettings policy.
  • Delivering sustainable lettings through effective shortlisting and eligibility assessments ensuring that new customers are able to sustain their tenancies.
  • Analysing performance to ensure timescales and targets are achieved.
  • Ensuring processes work effectively to deliver high quality services, customer satisfaction and value for money.

As Lettings Advisor, we need you to have:

  • Ability to manage, organise and prioritise workload
  • Ability to meet targets and deadlines
  • Ability to demonstrate commitment to excellent customer services in all activities
  • Being highly selfmotivated, acting with integrity and showing drive and enthusiasm
