Description
We have fantastic opportunity for Project Coordinator to join our Product Management team

The Project Editor works across a range of strategic projects, contributing to project planning and ensuring the editorial quality of digital and print assessments and reports, briefing and monitoring content suppliers, working to an agreed schedule, effectively managing day-to-day editorial operations.


PRIMARY DUTIES

  • With support from the Operations and Project Manager, manage delivery of all agreed workstreams which will impact on our ability to retain and develop business with international schools across the UAE
  • Regularly meet with the project teams to clarify and monitor workstream requirements
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, ensuring regular communication of progress and key metrics
  • Capture and respond to lessons learned to continually improve efficiency of delivery and operations
  • Develop processes to maximise efficiency and quality of reporting deliverables
  • Monitor delivery of communications to support sales, testing, data sharing agreements, and communication of UAE report delivery to internal and external stakeholders
  • Be a point of contact for internal teams in relation to testing requirements, testing windows and queries relating to assessment and school inspection reports
  • Ensure that data share agreements are signed and returned on time by schools in the UAE and records are accurately maintained and updated in Spirit (CRM).
  • Work with the Operations and Project Manager in identifying and monitoring risks to delivery.
  • Gather annual school lists from regulators to ensure school details are recorded accurately across the delivery platform and CRM system.
  • Undertake routine audits and regular checking of school information in Testwise and CRM systems to ensure consistency and accuracy of data, cross referencing with regulator data and taking appropriate corrective action
  • Undertake quality assurance activities throughout the testing process to ensure quality of student data, internal data extracts and reporting for schools.
  • Load bespoke inspection reports to regulators and schools via Testwise and Microsoft SharePoint
  • Take on adhoc projects as and when required
  • Be superuser for Sprit and be a data leader within Product.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Highly numerate with strong data handling skills.
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills
  • Strong facilitation and interpersonal and
  • Persuasive skills
  • Experience of working with data management
  • Systems and ability to understand data workflows
  • Experience of communicating complex issues to senior managers facetoface and in writing
  • Ability to understand products and systems quickly in order to progress priority projects
  • Able to undertake international travel
  • Some knowledge of the education sector or similar
We offer salary up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience
