We Are Hiring Marketing Apprentice


If you are passionate, creative, and have a keen eye for detail then this is the role for you As an apprentice, you will join from working within a team of long-standing sales professionals and help push the team into the modern world of digital marketing.

You will work with the wider Mauser group to deliver the local marketing plan. Ensuring the branding is consistent and our content is up to date for sales to deliver.


This is a great opportunity for a school/college leaver who would like to gain access to the Digital Marketing sector, learn new skills and contribute to a team.


This will be a varied role exploring different aspects of marketing but primarily focusing on content creation, website promotion and outlets such as LinkedIn.


Duties Include:


  • Creating content that can be used across a variety of media including digital, social media, broadcast and in print.
  • Setting up and publishing on a local LinkedIn page
  • Updating websites, corporate and online division
  • Shooting and Editing Videos and Photos
  • Creating content for job vacancies and monitoring the success
  • Gain an understanding of Google Analytics to support with web traffic and following on social media.
  • Sales quantifying and chasing up of live leads on the system.

Desired Skills:


  • A natural creative flair relevant creative skills are beneficial to the role.
  • Able to take direction.
  • Can pay close attention to detail.
  • Ability to create ideas and work on own initiative.
  • Able to learn Adobe software including, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with the ability to learn bespoke systems and programmes.
  • Eager to learn more about the industry.
  • Understanding of social media platforms
  • Facebook, LinkedIn
  • Ability to communicate effectively written and verbal.
  • Grade 4 in Maths and English or Level 2 Functional skills equivalent is required for this role.

- £12,500 Per annum

  • Monday
  • Thursday 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
  • Friday 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
