£22,000 (Pro Rata in line with FTE)

As a customer representative, you can expect:

To support new or existing customers with their Insurance enquiries, tailoring the right products and solutions to their needs.
Strong communication is essential, as you will need to quickly build rapport with customers
Bubbly and chatty individuals thrive in this position

The ability to bounce back from minor setbacks
Professional in their telephone manner
Experienced in a customer related role and have a passion to meet customer needs
