Salary:
£15 - £17 per hour (Dependant on experience)

EMBS Engineering is the exclusive recruitment partner for an award-winning precision engineering company located in Nottinghamshire that is a leading specialist in the manufacture of machined and fabricated turn-key components.

As such, our client is looking for an experienced EDM Wire Eroder to join their growing team.

This is a great opportunity for an EDM Wire Eroder who is looking to utilise their skills and grow in a company that specialises in the manufacture of complex, detailed components for some of the most demanding and buoyant industry sectors such as Nuclear, Oil and gas, Defence etc


What experience do you need?

  • Prior experience in EDM Wire Eroding within a precision engineering environment
  • Previously worked on Complex parts for industries including Aerospace, Petrochemical, Nuclear, MOD, Oil & Gas, Rail etc
  • Confident working with a wide range of metallics i.e. stainless steel, aluminium, titanium, carbon steel, Inconel etc
  • Familiarity with a Georg Fischer EDM is advantageous
  • Experience machining to tight tolerances
  • Ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings

What do you get?
- £15 - £17 per hour depending on experience

  • Days (39 Hrs pm 5pm Monday to Thursday, 7.45am pm on Friday
  • Overtime available at premium rates x1.5 after 39 hours

Security clearance

Salary:
£15.00-£17.00 per hour
