Are you a talented Credit Controller ready to take the next step in your career?

Our client is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team in Basildon. If you have a background in Sage, Excel and Credit Control, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

Allocate customer BACS payments against their remittance on Sage.
Allocate customer cheque payments to Sage.
Send monthly statements to clients via email, phone, and post.
Prepare Excel reports to ensure accurate credit control.
Receive credit card payments.

Liaise with various departments within the we offer:
Competitive salary ranging from £25K to £32K (with review).
Office-based work in Basildon.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
4 weeks of annual leave, plus additional bank holidays and Christmas days.
Pension and healthcare benefits available after a probation period.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of credit control processes and possess the ability to work well within a team environment.
