This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our well established client working within their customer service team, based in LE19, South Leicestershire.
As a Customer Service Officer you will be responsible for:
- Responding to enquiries & providing advice
- Investigating complaints and compiling written correspondence
- Processing and maintaining high volumes of data
- Administration tasks such as processing documentation, processing payments and/or refunds, maintaining systems.
We are looking for a Customer Service Officer who has the following skills and attributes:
- Office based customer service/ call centre experience
- Confident telephone manner
- Previous experience of processing high volumes of data
- Confident, articulate communication skills, speaking, listening and writing
- Accuracy and attention to detail with strong time management, ability to prioritise and problem solve
- PC Literate
- Highly customer focused
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Professional team player with a positive attitude, ability to use initiative,, be selfmotivated and keen to learn
- Ideally own transport and ability to drive (occasional meetings off site)
This role would suit a Customer Service Advisor, a Customer Service Administrator, a Customer Support Administrator, a Customer Enquiry Officer.
Hours:
Full time, Monday-Friday, 35 hours per week. Weekly rota 8am-4pm followed by 9am-5pm
