This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our well established client working within their customer service team, based in LE19, South Leicestershire.


As a Customer Service Officer you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to enquiries & providing advice
  • Investigating complaints and compiling written correspondence
  • Processing and maintaining high volumes of data
  • Administration tasks such as processing documentation, processing payments and/or refunds, maintaining systems.

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer who has the following skills and attributes:

  • Office based customer service/ call centre experience
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Previous experience of processing high volumes of data
  • Confident, articulate communication skills, speaking, listening and writing
  • Accuracy and attention to detail with strong time management, ability to prioritise and problem solve
  • PC Literate
  • Highly customer focused
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Professional team player with a positive attitude, ability to use initiative,, be selfmotivated and keen to learn
  • Ideally own transport and ability to drive (occasional meetings off site)


This role would suit a Customer Service Advisor, a Customer Service Administrator, a Customer Support Administrator, a Customer Enquiry Officer.

Office based in LE19 for first 6 months, then move to hybrid.

Hours:
Full time, Monday-Friday, 35 hours per week. Weekly rota 8am-4pm followed by 9am-5pm
