    Executive Search Researcher - Graduate - Recruitment - The Role

    • Identify potential candidates through market analysis for clients.
    • Conduct and present market research to support headhunting efforts.
    • Produce market intelligence reports for client presentations.
    • Cultivate relationships with clients and candidates, new and existing.
    • Drive Business Development by prospecting new ventures and generating leads.
    • Network effectively within the investment banking sector.
    • Leverage this role to transition into a full-fledged Consultant after 18 months.
