    Description

    We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team at a private school in the Barnard Castle area!

    The role is temporary and during term time only.

    • Assist in preparing and cooking main meals and buffets for students, staff, and special events.
    • Maintain high standards of health, hygiene, and safety.
    • Control waste during preparation and cooking.
    • Follow allergen and dietary procedures.
    • Help maintain a five-star food hygiene rating.

    Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with occasional weekend or late-night shifts for events and parents' evenings.

    Pay rate is £13.70 per hour, paid weekly.

    If you're ready to be our Sous Chef in the Barnard Castle area, make sure you have an Enhanced DBS Check!
