Description
Our client, based in South London
, is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Manager on a permanent basis.

The position is due to start in March 2023 on a full time basis. The salary range is £45,000 to £53,148 per annum.


Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • To liaise closely with the HR Advisory Teams, keeping abreast of possible future vacancies early and sharing knowledge of business areas to help inform campaigns and accomplish the best outcome
  • Keeping recruiting managers and HR colleagues abreast of recruitment campaign progress, raising awareness of any potential issues or delays to start dates
  • To manage relationships with service providers such as recruitment agencies, online job sites, social media websites and other advertising media, negotiating competitive rates and arrangements with providers
  • Assist the Recruitment Team with complex queries regarding funding in relation to recruitment
  • To ensure that obligations in relation to Visa and Immigration documentation are met
  • To provide advice and guidance to recruiting managers in relation to the use of agencies for temporary and permanent recruitment
  • To manage a full, endtoend recruitment service for all recruiting managers, evaluating feedback from key stakeholders and addressing opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure that all policies, procedures, templates, guidance, workflows and other related documents are kept up to date

  • Line management
  • Working with recruitment agencies

Skills, knowledge and expertise required:


  • Full recruitment lifecycle knowledge
  • Participating on interview panels
  • Creating job descriptions
