    Description

    Corporate Tax Solicitor The FirmOur client is a L500 firm based in the heart of the city and are recognised by the legal directories in multiple practice areas.

    The firm have multiple lawyers that are viewed to be shaping the legal industry. They are regularly instructed by listed companies on complex and cross-border cases.
    The OpportunityTheir Corporate department are highly ranked in the L500 and are regularly instructed by domestic and international clients.
    The department are looking for an experienced Corporate Tax (Senior)

    Solicitor to advise on:
    Direct and Indirect TaxPrivate UK & Cross-border M&APrivate Equity transactionsCorporate re-organisationsRestructurings, and venture capital investment.

    Employee share schemes/management incentivesEmployee taxation (including internationally mobile employees)Tax aspects of M&AVenture capital investment RequirementsQualified Corporate Tax Solicitor (Senior Associate) with between - 9 years' PQEStrong track record of advising on Corporate TaxBenefitsCompetitive salaryGenerous benefits packageHybrid workingGreat development and progression opportunitiesTo be considered for this opportunity please contact Birchrose Associates for a confidential discussion.
