    Credit Risk Model Manager

    Competitive Salary

    This position presents an exciting opportunity to join a reputable consultancy during a phase of expansion. You will have the chance to engage in a diverse array of projects and leverage Python, which is being integrated company-wide.

    About the Company

    Our client is a well-established consultancy specializing in analytics, with a focus on credit risk model monitoring and audit for various businesses, including banks and FinTech companies in the UK. The company is currently in a dynamic phase, incorporating Python and AI technologies, providing an opportunity for involvement outside project assignments.

    Role Overview

    Your responsibilities will vary based on projects, but will generally include:

    • Analysis and monitoring of various models such as IFRS9, IRB, Stress Testing, and other credit risk models
    • Engagement in model validations, audits, oversight, and implementation
    • Utilization of Python for client projects as part of the company's technology adoption
    • Effective communication and establishment of strong client relationships, including project presentations and expectation management

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Prior exposure to IFRS9 or IRB models in a developmental, validation, or audit capacity
    • Proficiency in Python with practical experience
    • Outstanding communication skills and a track record of collaborating closely with stakeholders
    • Degree-level education in a quantitative field
