We are currently recruiting for 2 x Customer Liaison Officer to join our team within South Shields.Duties Of The Role:
- Being the first point of contact with customers, providing excellent customer service which our tenants have come to expect as standard.
- To communicate politely, clearly and concisely at all times, recognising and apologising for mistakes if they arise
- To liaise with, build up strong relationships with customer throughout each stage, the design, preparation, construction and post construction phases, to act as their advocate to ensure quality and an excellent customer experience and being able to meet customers' expectations every time.
- Assist in the management of our daytoday contact with customers
- Assist with effective consultation with customers as part of the programme
- Always take ownership of customer enquiries, acting in a fair and consistent manner bring any transaction with our customer to a fair conclusion.
- To conduct customer surveys prior to and on completion of works to obtain customers buy in to the project and ensuring the highest satisfaction levels on completion
- Continually educate and promote the effectiveness of the works as part of the programme to ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Be the important link between the customer and the contractor once work gets underway
- Process all customer enquires
- Make appointments and process any administration duties required as part of the project
- Call and book in all appointments
- Process and deliver letters as needed
The Person:
- Must have previous, relevant experience.
- Must hold 5 GCSE's including English and Maths at grades A-C (59)

£12.70 per hour
