An exciting opportunity has arisen in Bradford for a Rewards to join a higher education provider at a really exciting time where a new people agenda is coming to fruition.

This is a part time role, offering 4 days per week.


The role holder will be responsible for the design, implementation, delivery and advisory aspect of all rewards, recognition, and benefits matters.

Description


The Reward Advisor will be responsible for implementation, administration and communication of schemes, policies and procedures related to the Reward Strategy.

They will also have oversight of the Salary Sacrifice schemes and Benefits platform provision,where they will evaluate data in order to facilitate the decision making regarding the new strategies.

The role holder will also be responsible for salary bench-marking, market supplements, procedure reviews and coordinating training and feedback to deliverthe new benefits schemes.


Profile

  • Level 5 CIPD
  • Experience working within Rewards or HR Generalist work
  • Knowledge of how benefits and rewards can impact a workforce
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Initiative and excellent organisation

Job Offer

On Offer:
Rewards Advisor + £33,000 - £35,000 + hybrid working +
4 DAY WORKING WEEK + incremental salary increases + excellent maternity/paternity pay + 25 days annual leave, rising with service + brilliant training and development programmes
