    Title and Summary:

    Manager, Business Intelligence Product Management Europe

    Summary: As the owner of the Europe P&L, you will spearhead the go-to-market and commercialization strategy for Mastercard's suite of Business Intelligence products and services.

    • Overview

    Mastercard Data & Services goes beyond transactions, providing tailored solutions to address various business challenges across industries and regions. Within Data & Services, the Business Intelligence (BI) organization under Insights & Analytics offers top-notch technology and expertise to enhance the performance of payments businesses and financial institutions.

    The role entails overseeing the BI product line business in Europe with a focus on driving growth and scalability in the region.

    • Role
    • Support the regional BI product go-to-market strategy, pricing committee discussions, and partnership initiatives
    • Manage regional revenues and margin targets, advocate for BI products across the region, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders
    • Assist the sales team as a product expert, offering sales enablement materials and necessary support
    • Contribute to new product concepts and market testing by conducting regional competitive analysis, research, and gathering feedback
    • Facilitate the regional studio process for product commercialization approvals, including legal reviews and localization
    • Ensure product localization is executed effectively, manage regional budget allocation, and enhance product quality for clients
    • Collect and analyze product feedback from markets or customer success managers to propose product enhancements
    • Support new product launches in the region, prepare for the launch, raise product awareness, and facilitate technical onboarding
    • Coordinate operational tasks such as billing requests, publications, salesforce accuracy, revenue reviews, and performance reporting

    All about You/Experience

    Education Needed:

    • Undergraduate degree required
    • MBA or relevant postgraduate degree recommended

    Experience:

    • Experience in top-tier consulting or digital firms preferable
    • Previous success in commercial, sales, or marketing roles desirable
    • Strong analytical skills and background advantageous

    Key skills:

    • Entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, and strong commercial acumen
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
    • Exceptional analytical capabilities
    • Ability to work collaboratively or independently
    • Proficiency in multitasking within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
    • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    • Adhering to Mastercard's security policies and practices
    • Safeguarding the confidentiality and integrity of accessed information
    • Reporting any suspected information security breaches
