- The Machine Minder will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring smooth production processes, and meeting production targets.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of various tools and equipment, and the ability to work with precision.
- Operate and monitor machines to ensure proper functioning
- Ensure goods are feeding through
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Adjust goods if needed / depending on orders
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Maintain accurate records of production data and machine maintenance
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Proficiency in using hand tools for machine adjustments and repairs
- Knowledge of mechanical principles and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Familiarity with production / working at a fast paced speed
- Ability to read and interpret technical information
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
- Ability to assemble goods if needed
