Meraki Talent are supporting with the appointment of a permanent Senior Financial Controls Manager - Financial Service (Insurance) based in Bristol.

The role is paying up to £80,000 base salary plus excellent bonus potential and benefits.

The Opportunity

The position of Senior Financial Controls Manager will report into the Group Financial Controller and will be responsible for managing a team of 4.

This team are charged with running the month end close for this business area, as well as ensuring the necessaryfinancial controls are in place to guarantee the integrity of the data.

This will require the successful Senior Financial Controls Manager to be involved in BAU, projects, systems updates & changes and people management & development.

The Person
The successful individual will be a Qualified Accountant with strong people management experience and a background in insurance.

Moreover, it is essential that the successful individual has experience of working within a financial controls environment and candrive improvements whilst meeting BAU deliverables affectively.
