We are currently seeking a temporary Customer Service Advisor to represent a leading FMCG producer for the UK and European health and social care sector.

In this busy and varied customer service-based role you will be advising customers and managing customer orders.


This role would suit someone with a strong customer service background who is looking for a role in a company that they can be proud of.

The company focus on reaching the highest standards by consider environmental impact, supporting sustainable food producers and creating an environment of respect for their staff.

Responsibilities:


  • Providing excellent customer service to existing and prospective customers who may include hospitals and care homes across the UK and parts of Europe
  • Delivering excellent communication over the phone
  • Delivering outbound customer courtesy calls
  • Processing orders
  • Chasing orders
  • Ad hoc admin tasks to support the team
  • The preparation of promotional literature where necessary and to communicate this to customers

Experience required:


  • Demonstrable experience within a customer service role
  • Computer literate
  • Confident phone manner
  • Attention to detail
Hours of work are 40 hours per week from Monday-Friday with an hour for lunch. The office is located in North Somerset with onsite parking available. Due to remote location, you'll need your own transport.
