Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team in achieving sales goals and providing excellent customer service.


Duties:


  • Process sales orders and payments accurately
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:


  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Basic math skills for processing orders and handling transactions
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Ability to upsell products and services to enhance customer experience
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional customer interactions
  • Organizational skills to maintain a tidy workspace and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous for catering to diverse customer needs

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,865.72 per year
