We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our team.As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries over the phone.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Utilize scripts to provide information about products or services
- Perform data entry to update customer records accurately
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Analyze customer needs to offer tailored solutions
- Follow phone etiquette guidelines to ensure positive customer interactions
Requirements:
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide suitable solutions
- Experience in upselling products or services is advantageous
- Multilingual abilities are desirable for diverse customer interactions
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and professionalism

From £25,904.19 per year
