We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our team.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries over the phone.


Duties:


  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Utilize scripts to provide information about products or services
  • Perform data entry to update customer records accurately
  • Upsell products or services to increase revenue
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
  • Analyze customer needs to offer tailored solutions
  • Follow phone etiquette guidelines to ensure positive customer interactions

Requirements:


  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers
  • Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide suitable solutions
  • Experience in upselling products or services is advantageous
  • Multilingual abilities are desirable for diverse customer interactions
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette and professionalism

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,904.19 per year
