THE NATIONAL CARE EMPLOYER OF THE YEAR IS LOOKING FOR:Senior Residential Children's Home Care Worker - Full Time
If you are a passionate and experienced senior residential children's home worker we might be the employer for you.
The Role:
Is to support the Registered Manager in providing a high quality, safe, nurturing and caring home which has high aspirations for children in a health care home.
You'll help with the day to day needs and activities of the young people whilst providing them with life skills and great memoriesJob Hours
40 hours per week.
The home is staffed 24/7; shifts, including sleepovers will be worked as part of a rota and may include days, evenings, sleepovers, waking nights and Bank Holidays.

Essential Requirements:
- A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Residential Child Care or relevant equivalent
- A Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards)
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Previous experience of working in a children's home.

Licence/Certification:
