This role sits within our Sales & Events Team, based at the award-winning venue, Cairns Farm Estate. We are looking for a super organised, commercially focused,
Sales & Events Administrator to join our team.

Here's what you'll be doing:


  • The Customer Journey: responsible for the administrative tasks that keep the venue running smoothly and work alongside the Venue Manager to learn every aspect of the customer journey from enquiry through to delivery
  • Enquiries: being the first point of contact with clients, booking and scheduling sales appointments using a wide range of platforms
  • Quality Management: ensure that full compliance of our policies and procedures are met, ensuring speedy and accurate responses to all enquiries, taking detailed sales briefs and creating bespoke proposals
  • Reporting: responsible for collecting and preparing data for weekly and monthly reporting to analyse sales performance against KPIs'

Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Due to the nature of our business, working hours may vary.


Must have a driving license and be able to drive there.

Skills & Qualifications:


  • Excellent administration skills, preferably within a quality management environment.
  • Excellent IT skills with SharePoint, CRM experience
- training on our tech platforms will be provided.

  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical, good at numbers, presentation, and reporting skills to support effective communication
  • Passion for order and process
  • Confidentiality, diplomacy and integrity
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask and complete tasks within given timeframes and deadlines
