Culture Guru is recruiting for an Inbound Sales Agent with 5-star customer service and communication skills for a well-established environmentally-aware firm, progressing through an exciting transformative time within its business journey.

This people-led evolving company's Inbound Sales Agent vacancy would suit someone who can coordinate multiple tasks, who has the ability to think clearly in reactive situations, who can efficiently respond to inbound queries with professionalism and who can pitch the business perfectly.


Role Requirements;

  • Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and provide professional and courteous customer service.
  • Actively download data from Lead Forensics and manage it efficiently, ensuring accurate and uptodate information and timely followup.
  • Conduct thorough research on companies before engaging with potential customers to gather relevant information.
  • Efficiently respond to customer inquiries received through web forms promptly and provide appropriate information and assistance.
  • Utilise Dynamics CRM system to input, update, and maintain customer data and sales activities.
  • Book appointments with qualified leads, ensuring all necessary details are communicated effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with comprehensive and accurate lead information and ensure a smooth handover process.
  • Analyse sales data and generate reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market changes, and market activities to enhance sales strategies and approaches.

  • Previous experience with CRM systems such as Dynamics, Salesforce, or other similar platforms
